Cambridge Midsummer Fair 2024. 19th to 23rd june 2024. Midsummer fair is legally fixed by statute to fall on the third wednesday of june and last for five days every single year.

The midsummer market and fair dates back to a charter granted by king john in 1211 and is one of the oldest fairs in england. One of the stalwarts of midsummer fair is lawrence ‘nipper’ appleton.
